The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Encased in a robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it transitions into fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display immediately shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.
