Valve Group Brief Introduction
The valve group is primarily designed for the start, close, pressure balance, and discharge of input signals for differential pressure, pressure transmitters, and flow transmitters. It boasts easy installation, maintenance, and online instrument inspection. The valve group can be divided into 2-valve, 3-valve, and 5-valve groups based on their functions and P-type.

These are further categorized into Flat type (P type), T type, H type, and cylinder stop valve based on their structure.
Integrated Valve Group
The transmitter and valve group are assembled in the factory and subjected to a comprehensive pressure and leakage test. This process minimizes on-site installation procedures and prevents leakage associated with transmitter installation.
Valve Group Features
· Safety Stop Pin
Features a stainless steel pin to prevent the valve seat from detaching from the valve body.
· Valve Body Design
Constructed with an integrated structure, ensuring high strength and reliability.
· Valve Seat Sealing
Hard sealing between stainless steel components, ensuring safety and reliability.
· Valve Core
The valve core components utilize a segmented structure, enhancing sealing performance, extending the valve group's service life, and improving handle operation.
· Lubricating Grease
Imported grease is applied between the sealing washer and the adjusting screw to minimize friction and boost sealing performance.

Structural Features
The valve groups are controlled by stop, discharge, and balance valves. Each valve type has distinct sizes and markings, yet they share the same structural features.

Choose from plate type, flange straight mount, 1/2NPT joint, and pipeline connection for versatile installation.
