The ZY8000 features an advanced integrated diagnostic function that actively monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display instantly shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit. This smart functionality simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, ensuring that issues are quickly and efficiently resolved.
