transmission

Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), it is ideal for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be positioned remotely),
as well as high-viscosity, easy-to-precipitate crystalline, or corrosive mediums. This versatile transmitter finds extensive applications across various industries including petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.
The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS at its peak. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it preserves an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring components, it is designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Furthermore, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability, making the ZY8000 an industry standout.
The ZY8000 transmitter is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting predefined fault events, the transmitter switches to a fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display immediately shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty component. This feature simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more efficient and user-friendly.
