The ZY8000Y is an advanced intelligent flange remote transmitter that ensures precise and reliable sensing.
It measures
pressure accurately through remote
transmission
devices, and seamlessly transmits data to the transmitter
through a high-quality, oil-filled capillary.
Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), it is ideal for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be positioned remotely),
as well as high-viscosity, easy-to-precipitate crystalline, or corrosive mediums. This versatile transmitter finds extensive applications across various industries including petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

The ZY8000 transmitter is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting predefined fault events, the transmitter switches to a fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display immediately shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty component. This feature simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more efficient and user-friendly.
