Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured
pressure through remote
transmission
devices, then transmits to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary.
It can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for high-temperature scenarios (requiring the transmitter to be distanced).
Perfectly suited for applications involving high viscosity, easily precipitating crystalline materials, or corrosive mediums. Extensively utilized across industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching an impressive peak at 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Enclosed in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, it seamlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes with an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. When it detects a fault, it triggers an alert mode, outputting specific alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and furnishing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD immediately shows an 'Err' message, automatically diagnosing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
