Advanced Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
This device accurately measures
pressure levels via remote
transmission
units, subsequently sending data to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary system.
It is capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), and is particularly suitable for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be positioned away),
high viscosity substances, and media that are prone to crystalline or corrosive behaviors. It is extensively used across various industries, including Petroleum, Chemical, Metallurgy, Power Generation, Environmental Protection, New Energy, and Machinery Equipment sectors.

The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 maintains high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety system. When an issue arises, the LCD screen automatically displays an 'Err' message, identifying and analyzing the faulty component. This makes maintenance, repair, and replacement processes straightforward and efficient.
