The ZY8000 Intelligent Pressure Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS and can achieve up to 0.075% FS in its highest precision mode. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, substantially reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly endures extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior performance in anti-electromagnetic interference ensures exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing it to monitor its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display instantly shows 'Err,' automatically diagnosing and indicating the faulty unit. This feature greatly simplifies maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
