The ZY8000 Intelligent Pressure Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS and can achieve up to 0.075% FS in its highest precision mode. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, substantially reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly endures extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing it to monitor its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display instantly shows 'Err,' automatically diagnosing and indicating the faulty unit. This feature greatly simplifies maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
