The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its durable metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress, while its robust anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting faults, it triggers an alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of faults, the LCD display automatically shows an error, analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.Effortless maintenance and optimal performance.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection current. It automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without readjustment.
