The ZY8000 is a marvel of precision engineering, boasting an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS and a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of consistent operation, it sustains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, resulting in significant maintenance cost savings. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents of 3.6mA or 22.8mA, and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error ('Err'), along with a detailed analysis and identification of the faulty unit. This feature significantly simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, enhancing overall convenience.

The measured pressure is detected through remote transmission devices,
then transmitted to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary. It can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it suitable for high-temperature environments (ensuring the transmitter is placed away from high temperatures).
It is ideal for measuring media with high viscosity, easy precipitation, crystalline formation, or corrosive properties. our product features an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, a lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply. These elements significantly enhance stability and anti-interference capabilities.
Different materials and types of remote devices combined with a special oil-filling device maximize transmitter accuracy and meet comprehensive cleanness requirements. The product boasts excellent stability, with the highest accuracy at normal temperatures reaching up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure ensures reliable operation in all weather conditions and compatibility with the HART protocol.
