The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the highest levels of stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an Err message, pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alerts expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system auto-diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be swiftly replaced on-site without needing recalibration.
