Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured
pressure through remote
transmission
devices, then transmitted to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary.
Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P). Ideal for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be positioned remotely),
suitable for high viscosity, easy-to-precipitate, crystalline, or corrosive mediums. Extensively used in petroleum, chemical industries, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy sectors, machinery, and equipment industries.

The ZY8000 is equipped with advanced diagnostic functions for real-time self-monitoring. Should a fault arise, the transmitter triggers a fault alert mode, generating an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', pinpointing and displaying the faulty unit. This intelligent feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, ensuring hassle-free operation.

Different materials and types of remote devices, combined with a specialized oil filling device, maximize the transmitter's accuracy and meet all clearness requirements. The product offers outstanding stability, achieving the highest accuracy of up to 0.075% at normal temperatures. Its explosion-proof shell structure is designed for all-weather use and is compatible with HART protocol.
