Designed for longevity, this transmitter maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 is engineered to withstand intense chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with advanced diagnostic functions for real-time self-monitoring. Should a fault arise, the transmitter triggers a fault alert mode, generating an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', pinpointing and displaying the faulty unit. This intelligent feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, ensuring hassle-free operation.
