The cutting-edge ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter incorporates state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors along with a modular design. The sensor-generated signal is meticulously amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a precise digital signal. This digital signal undergoes rigorous linear and temperature corrections within the integrated microprocessor, ensuring top-tier accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. For units with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the 3 adjustment buttons and can effortlessly view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
