The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, it triggers alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifying and displaying the faulty unit. This feature simplifies maintenance, making repair and replacement straightforward and convenient.

Adhering to the exceptional performance and stability of the ZY8000 intelligent high precision pressure/differential pressure transmitter,
the device incorporates an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip and a lightning protection circuit design. Its isolated power supply and sensor signal significantly enhance stability and anti-interference capability.
Different materials and types of remote devices, combined with a special oil filling device, maximize the accuracy of the transmitter and meet stringent cleanliness requirements. The product offers excellent stability, achieving the highest accuracy of 0.075% at normal temperatures. The explosion-proof shell structure ensures all-weather usability and compatibility with HART protocol.
