ZY8000 integrates a real-time diagnostic function, continuously monitoring its status. In fault conditions, it enters alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit, making maintenance, repair, and replacement straightforward and efficient.This feature simplifies instrument upkeep..
Additionally, diagnostic functions can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In case of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
