The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Equipped with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is endowed with an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter transitions into fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err', analyze the malfunction, and pinpoint the faulty component, thereby streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
