This product achieves exceptionally high precision pressure measurement for gases,
liquids, and other mediums. It is widely used across petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment industries.
The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional peak accuracy of up to 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it maintains up to 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Moreover, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 provides consistent high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 also features an integrated diagnostic function, offering real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of predefined fault conditions, the transmitter will enter an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes the fault, and displays the malfunctioning component, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
