The ZY8000, a high-precision intelligent transmitter, boasts a fundamental accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, leading to substantial savings in maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measurement elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Moreover, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its operational status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter transitions to fault alert mode, generating alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and supplying control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a malfunction, the LCD display instantly shows an 'Err' message, automatically identifying and displaying the specific faulty unit. This functionality greatly simplifies the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.

The product boasts excellent stability with the highest accuracy at normal temperatures reaching up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure is suitable for all weather conditions and is compatible with the HART protocol.
