The ZY8000 is equipped with advanced diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter activates fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is identified, the LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically diagnosing and indicating the faulty component. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, enhancing overall convenience.
