The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter delivers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak of 0.075% FS). After a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic system capable of real-time self-monitoring. In the event of predefined errors, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD screen automatically displays an 'Err' message, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alerts communicated through warning or fault protection currents. The system can autonomously diagnose the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the defective part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
