The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it can easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 comes with integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting defined quantity events, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error message and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacementtasks.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be signaled through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be promptly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
