The ZY8000 series offers a precision intelligent transmitter with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and a supreme accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it guarantees a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, this transmitter effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference properties ensure the ZY8000 maintains high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and generating control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD screen automatically displays 'Err' when a fault occurs, pinpointing the faulty unit for effortless maintenance, repair, and replacement.

Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured pressure is efficiently relayed through remote
transmission devices, and then seamlessly transmitted to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary. This device is capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for use in high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be positioned remotely),
high viscosity fluids, easily precipitating crystalline substances, or corrosive mediums. It sees widespread application in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.
