The ZY8000 offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. It also boasts strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring its high stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. In fault conditions, it enters alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.This makes maintenance straightforward and hassle-free.
The diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, it can be replaced directly on-site without readjustment.
