The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter employs cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology combined with a modular design. The sensor-generated signals are amplified and processed via a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These digital signals then undergo precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the digital signals are converted into a 4-20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by the D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they directly output complete digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals, thereby streamlining communication. The measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, and conveniently read measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter adjustments can also be executed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that offers real-time status monitoring. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' when a fault occurs, analyzes and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warnings or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should an electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
