The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, it activates an alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display promptly indicates an error (Err) and smartly identifies and displays the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures for maximum convenience and efficiency.
