The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, peaking at an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of uninterrupted operation, it retains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it offers superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and triggering control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems after a predefined number of events. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err,' pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
