The ZY8000 series offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Furthermore, its impressive anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 series comes equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, capable of real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, issuing an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and the SIS safety system. The LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifying the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement.and enhances operational convenience.
Diagnostic functions can also be triggered via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated by warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of sensors, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should an electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for re-adjustment.
