Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measurement elements enable it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with advanced diagnostic functions, allowing it to monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and safety instrumentation systems (SIS). When a fault is detected, the LCD display promptly shows an error ('Err'), automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
