The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it will enter an alert mode, output alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error (Err) message, identify the faulty unit, and streamline the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This featuremakes servicing more straightforward and
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated via warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measuring element become damaged, the defective part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
