using an oil-filled capillary system.
Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), ideal for high-temperature conditions (transmitter placement at a distance),

Over a decade of continuous operation, it retains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting any deviation, the transmitter shifts to fault alert mode, outputting alert currents of 3.6mA or 22.8mA and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of faults, the LCD screen instantly displays an error message (Err), autonomously analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
