Introducing the ZY8000, a remarkable intelligent transmitter boasting a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Over a decade of continuous operation, it retains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting any deviation, the transmitter shifts to fault alert mode, outputting alert currents of 3.6mA or 22.8mA and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of faults, the LCD screen instantly displays an error message (Err), autonomously analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.

utilizing oil-filled capillaries. They can measure liquid levels and differential pressure, making them ideal for high-temperature environments (with the transmitter positioned remotely).

this product incorporates imported mono-crystalline silicon chips, a lightening protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply. These features significantly enhance stability and anti-interference capabilities.
Different materials and remote device types combined with specialized oil filling mechanisms maximize transmitter accuracy and meet comprehensive cleanliness requirements. The product offers outstanding stability with the highest accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure is suitable for all weather conditions and is compatible with HART protocol.
