ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter: This cutting-edge device integrates advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors with a modular design. The sensor generates signals that are amplified and processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter. These signals are then converted into digital format, enabling precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART communication. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly output full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can also be set remotely through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions capable of real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it transitions to alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Additionally, its diagnostic functions can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
