The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses the power of advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors coupled with a modular design. This sophisticated device processes sensor signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
The HART protocol-equipped transmitter converts signals into 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signals via the D/A converter. Alternatively, the PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitter models offer direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Critical data from the measuring unit and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons and can view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Parameters can also be configured remotely via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 Basic Accuracy Intelligent Transmitter offers a remarkable 0.1% FS accuracy (with peak performance at 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand intense chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time status monitoring. Should a fault occur, the transmitter will activate a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD will automatically display an error code, analyze, and identify the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
