The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter activates an alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD screen automatically displays an 'Err' message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, which significantly simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.

The measured pressure is transmitted remotely
via transmission devices, subsequently conveyed to the transmitter
through oil-filled capillary tubing. This setup is capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressures. It is especially suitable for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be placed remotely),
