The ZY8000 Intelligent High Precision Remote Sealing Digital Pressure Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Engineered with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, this transmitter deftly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring of its status. Upon detecting predefined faults, it enters an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, pinpointing the faulty unit. This feature simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more straightforward and efficient.
