The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). It maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, it switches to alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an Err message and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms signaled through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
