The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a top-tier accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and using hermetically sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance guarantees the ZY8000's exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time monitoring of its operational status. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault arises, the LCD automatically displays 'Err,' identifies the faulty unit, and offers comprehensive diagnostics, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.

The measured pressure is transmitted through remote
transmission devices, then conveyed to the transmitter
through oil-filled capillary tubing. This system can accurately measure liquid levels and differential pressures (D/P), and is particularly suitable for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be installed remotely),
high-viscosity substances, and media prone to precipitation, crystallization, or corrosion. It finds broad application across various industries including petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy sectors, and machinery equipment.

It incorporates an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, designed with a lightning protection circuit. The isolated power supply and sensor signal greatly enhance stability and anti-interference capabilities.
By combining different materials and various types of remote devices with a specialized oil-filling mechanism, this transmitter maximizes accuracy and ensures comprehensive cleanliness. It offers superior product stability, with normal temperature accuracy reaching up to 0.075%. The explosion-proof shell structure allows for usage in all weather conditions and ensures compatibility with HART protocol.
