The ZY8000 is an intelligent transmitter boasting a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, delivering substantial savings in maintenance costs. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter represents the pinnacle of technological innovation, incorporating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sophisticated modular design. This state-of-the-art sensor generates a signal that, after amplification and processing through a high-speed dual A/D converter, is transformed into a precise digital signal. Within the microprocessor, intricate linear and temperature corrections are meticulously applied to ensure unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with the HART signal via a D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter provides direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons. The LCD display offers real-time access to measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing flexible and comprehensive control options.

The ZY8000 model features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined quantities of faults, the transmitter will enter alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display promptly shows 'Err', which automatically analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance,repairs, and replacements.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated as warning or fault protection currents. Our system auto-diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software components. Should an electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be easily replaced on-site without recalibration.
