The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the potential to reach up to 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter activates fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and generating control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and identifies the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes for utmost convenience.

Different materials and types of remote devices combined with a special oil filling device maximize the transmitter's accuracy and meet overall cleanliness needs. The product boasts excellent stability, achieving the highest accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure allows usage in all weather conditions and ensures compatibility with the HART protocol.
