The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter achieves an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy (up to 0.075% FS at its peak). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, offering significant cost savings on maintenance. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands harsh chemical and mechanical environments effortlessly. Additionally, it boasts strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, providing real-time self-status monitoring. In case of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and offers control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
