The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter excels with a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest achievable accuracy at 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, offering substantial cost savings on maintenance. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter epitomizes cutting-edge technology by integrating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a sophisticated modular design. This exceptional device amplifies sensor signals and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. The signals then undergo precise linear and temperature compensation in the microprocessor, ensuring unmatched accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users have the convenience of adjusting parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons and can effortlessly read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be seamlessly managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 series integrates diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real-time. When a fault is detected, it enters alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes, and indicates the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be signaled as warnings or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should there be damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be easily replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
