The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous use, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Enclosed in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measurement elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting faults, it activates an alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During fault conditions, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) message, identifying and displaying the faulty unit for straightforward maintenance, repair, and replacement.
