The ZY8000D is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real time. In the event of a fault, it will enter fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err', analyze, and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures for the instrument.
