The ZY8000 high precision intelligent transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Impressively, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, it can effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting anomalies, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, emitting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzing and identifying the faulty component. This feature streamlines maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, ensuring ease and convenience for users.
