The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. embodies cutting-edge innovation with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This exceptional device processes signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming them into digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled precision.
In transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the high-quality digital signals are converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal by the D/A converter. For those featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitters deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive buttons, and conveniently view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for seamless operation.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest achievable accuracy being 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains a stellar accuracy rate of 99.9%, substantially reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Moreover, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 incorporates an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In the event of predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides a control signal for system interlock and the SIS safety system. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, providing an automatic analysis and identification of the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be readily replaced on-site without requiring any readjustments.
