The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers unparalleled accuracy with a basic precision of 0.1% FS, reaching up to an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous use, this transmitter retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, the ZY8000 excels in anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. When a fault is detected, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more efficient and user-friendly.
