The ZY8000 Basic Accuracy Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy, with a peak precision of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unrivaled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an advanced integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. When predefined events are exceeded, the transmitter activates a fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' code, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement for unparalleled convenience.
