Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 delivers unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, allowing real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) and pinpoints the faulty component, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This makes upkeep and operation both convenient and efficient.
