The ZY8000 showcases an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it sustains 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant maintenance cost savings. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements enable it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon exceeding predefined thresholds, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, outputting alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzing and displaying the faulty unit for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement.
