The ZY8000Y Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter with Advanced Sensing
measures the
pressure via remote
transmission
devices, subsequently transmitting it to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary.
It can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it suitable for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be placed at a distance),
high viscosity, and media prone to crystallization or corrosion. Extensively used across petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment industries.

The ZY8000 comes with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it activates an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD screen displays an 'Err' message and automatically identifies and shows the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
