The ZY8000 Intelligent Digital Pressure Transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Designed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 comes with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it activates an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD screen displays an 'Err' message and automatically identifies and shows the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
