ZY8000Y Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter with Advanced Sensing Capabilities
The measured
pressure is accurately monitored through remote
transmission
devices, which then transmit the data to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary system.
It can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for high temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be positioned at a distance),
high viscosity mediums, substances that easily precipitate crystalline forms, or corrosive media. This technology is widely utilized in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment industries.

Even after ten years of continuous operation, it consistently maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Crafted with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it boasts exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD screen automatically displays an error (Err) message, pinpointing and analyzing the faulty component. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument, making it more user-friendly and efficient.
