The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter, developed by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., embodies cutting-edge global design philosophies and process technologies. Integrating a world-class mono-crystalline silicon sensor and a high-reliability electronic module, this transmitter offers unparalleled precision. With advanced temperature and linear correction systems, coupled with intelligent manufacturing techniques, it guarantees exceptional precision, stability, and consistency.
The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses the power of advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors paired with a sophisticated modular design. The sensor-generated signals undergo amplification and are transformed into digital signals through a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal is then meticulously fine-tuned for linearity and temperature accuracy within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with an integrated HART overlay via a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF compatibility, the transmitter outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Data from the measuring unit and functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display, and configure parameters through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions that allow real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting faults, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
The diagnostic function can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It can automatically diagnose the running state of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
